The specific error states:

Sorry for not responding sooner. I was unable to access the forum for a while. I just tested "The Secret Life of Pets 2", and it seems to be working fine now.

I don't know what caused the problems with the forum or viewing site, but they seem to be fixed for now.

I have tried to watch the movie "Next" (staring Nicolas Cage) twice. The movie did not start but i was charged 4Mgs twice.
I request a refund of my Mgs + extra credits for poor service. And can you fix it?
I am rigth now down to 38mgs.
