The screenshot looks like it's from vip.tv-video.net. The issue is usually resolved by turning off HD (or turning it on, if you get the error when trying to view in regular definition).

In order for your post to show, you need to choose "Go Advanced", then untick the box "Automatically parse links in text" beneath the comment box. While you might get an error message when you submit your reply (I suggest copying & pasting it on a notepad), it usually does post. I've started keeping 2 tabs open, so I can see if my reply has posted.
