Please see post #1 in THIS THREAD.

I tested the movie and got the "stream not found" error twice. I clicked the pop-up player & it started loading right away.

Also, just in case you weren't aware, your watching log should say how much you have been charged. On the 1st click it will list the amount of MG. If you have to click again, it should say "Paid", which means you already paid for it. If it gives an amount of MG spent within that the 10 clicks/24 hours, you have been double-charged.

Tried two movies now and none are starting!?!

You need to be specific if you would like assistance. Which movies did you try? Have you tried the suggestions in our Flash Player Trouble Shooting / Helpful Tips Thread? We can't help at all without knowing which movies to test.

I've been trying to watch movies. 1. National treasure 2 took 3 days because of the issues loading. The Blink Side, 1. is illegal, because it is a movie store copy, 2, it lost the stream in the middle of watching it. This is ridiculous Please do something!!!!!!

tried watching SWINGING WITH THE FINKELS, giving it about 30mins to load. but it kept on loading every 2 minutes so we allowed the whole night for it to load but when we started playing it (all of the movie has been downloaded already--in red), at 19:47, the movie just stops and keeps on loading and loading. we tried dragging the play bar a few minutes earlier ( at 10 or 15mins), still to no avail.

its frustrating.

I'm sorry for the issue you encountered. Sometimes the connection will get dropped, even if it shows that it's fully loaded. Please feel free to send a PM to etworm (the post above yours has a link) requesting reimbursement for your inconvenience.

Unless it's an issue on your end or the movie isn't working properly....
When that happens in the beginning, if you refresh the page and restart the movie (you may have to do this a few times), most of the time it will load properly. The same goes if it starts reloading part way through, if you refresh the page, then wait till after it starts, you should be able to drag the tab to where you were and usually that will solve the issue.

To recover your lost mg's, follow waterlilybarb's instructions for reimbursement.
