Movie froze after 45 minutes when I tried to slide the viewer forward or back just got continual buffering and lost MG'S

Please see post #1 here. I just tested the movie and it is working fine. The information in the link gives tips on what to do when your stream stalls, which it sounds like what happened to you. That post also provides the instructions on how to seek reimbursement.
