Default Fast & Furious 6 No Audio

Our first attempt at playing Fast & Furious 6 didn't have any sound. So, we logged out tried a free movie and there was sound on it. After that we then again attempted to watch Fast & Furious 6 again and the audio worked the second time. Is it possible to get the MG's back for the first time we tried to watch the movie? We would greatly appreciate it.

Also, a while back we were watching The Odd Life of Timothy Green when I was sick. I had to pause the movie to use the restroom and when I came back the computer had locked me out of the movie so I had to use more MG's to watch it again. Could I possibly get my MG's back for having to pay out to finish the last 15-20 minutes of the movie. I understand if it isn't possible but, it would be greatly appreciated.

You are able to watch a movie up to 10 times in a 24 hour period without being charged further MG's. If you have found that you have been charged extra MG on the ocassions mentioned, please send a PM to etworm our admin with a copy of your viewing/charge history so that you may be reimbursed.

To tell if you have been charged more than once for a movie (in the allotted time), go to your account on movieonline and check your watching logs. The 1st time you click on a movie will show how many MG were deducted. Any subsequent clicks (up to 10/24 hrs) should say PAID. Free movies just say PAID. If you find you have been double charged, do as Trulee suggests and send a PM to etworm requesting reimbursement.
