Mg reimbursement for not hitting the target

I tried to get movies on 9/19:
9:19 1 MG Rio Bravo
9:19 Pd Rio Bravo
9:20 2 MG Wyatt Earp
9:22 2 MG Dances with Wolves
9:25 1 MG Dirty Dancing
9:38 5 MG Aliens in the Attic
10:08 5 MG Wild Hogs

9/20 a.m. 1:48 Aliens in the Attic pd

I kept trying different movies because I kept getting a pop up that said that it wasn't hitting the target. I never watched any of these movies. Because I started trying to watch an older movie, I tried a newer one, then another, then another.
I want all these MG back. I never watched one of these movies!! They never even started.

HOW DO I GET THESE REFUNDED???
