Please see post #1 for instructions on requesting reimbursement. I'll recheck the movie. I didn't watch it, but saw the full length was now there, and someone else posted that it was not working.

I just tested the movie, and the entire thing loaded for me. I tried playing it through the last 30 minutes at a few intervals, and it played fine. If you check post #1, it also has tips on what to do if a movie stalls, which is likely what happened to you. You should be able to view the final part of the movie without paying anymore MG, as long as it's within 24 hours of when you started.

Ever since we started using Moviesonline.cc the movies stick and are glitchy to the point that it takes an additional hour to watch a single movie. Now this one is having same problem. Please fix the problem or refund. We are so ready to use a different movie provider.
