Error code 224002

trying to watch movies but keep getting the error message
224002 and it eats up the credit, anybody else experiencing this?

I just tested 1 movie, and it played fine. From what I can tell, that particular code indicates a technical error. If you could let me know at least one of the movies you experienced this on, I can test it to see if the error is with the video, or if it was a system error at the time you attempted to view.
Credits automatically get deducted when you initially click to play a movie, though you should only be charged once within a 24 hour period for the same movie. You can send a PM to etworm, the site Administrator, to request reimbursement for points lost due to errors.
