Default I want my MG back

Why are the movies not playing and charging me for the MG anyways. Please return my MG. I don't pay for this service to be ripped off.

Default Want my MGs

Hi I have been an member for years and have never had a problem with receiving my MGs before. I brought some on Friday and a message came up and said it may take 24 hrs.... well 48 hrs later and I am still waiting. Please can you sort this out.

I've tried to get Beautiful Creatures to play five times now. Paid the first time, still can't get it to play at all. I'm using Chrome, re-installed Flash, did every suggestion and still no movie. Can I please be refunded the 5 MG so I can use it at a later date, possibly when whatever is wrong with it tonight is fixed?

Please read post #1 HERE for instructions on how to report errors and also how to seek reimbursement.

As for the movie, I don't know why it isn't working for you. It loaded immediately for me. That's not saying your problem isn't valid, just that it isn't an issue with the movie itself.

Hi there,

I've been a member for years and, as others have said, never had a problem buying MG. Two days ago I paid for MG and nothing happened. I PM'd Etworm and he hasn't replied.

What's my next step?

I'm sorry its taken longer to process your MG request. I'm sure etworm will attend to it as soon as he is able. Things are normally done in a more timely matter but on ocassions there can be delays. Thank you for your continued support of the site.

I've heard from Etworm. Unfortunately paying for MGs has gotten complicated

What a pain.
