Dear Sir/Madam
I have been watching all three films of the Lord of the Rings today and for some reason when I have hit the pause button - I always received an error message and had to reload the movie again... Therefor I think I have been paying at least double for each film .... please look into the matter and reimburse Thank you Best regards, Hulda |
