Even if a movie stops, you shouldn't be charged again. Your watching log should say the number of MG deducted the first time you clicked on a movie, subsequent clicks on the same video (10 per 24 hours) should simply say "PAID".

I'm not sure what caused your problem, but it seems to be working fine now. You can send a PM to etworm requesting reimbursement if you are unable to watch the movie within 24 hours from your first attempt.

I honestly don't know. Have you watched movies using 4G successfully in the past? If yes, can you test it again (on a free movie) over wifi on your iPhone at home again, and then via 4G please? We've not been told about any recent updates to the site, but it's possible something was changed.
